Please be advised that Cisco AnyConnect VPN will be unavailable from 07:00am to 11:00am ET on Friday, November 1th, 2019. This will affect you if you are planning to use Cisco AnyConnect to connect remotely to the Touro College and University System network. This will not impact any other service, such as the college network, TouroOne Services, timesheet submittal, Canvas, employee and faculty email, etc.
A follow up email will be sent when the service is restored.
Each week Information Security scans Touro College’s IT systems to check for known and new vulnerabilities. As a result of the findings, we will be performing a necessary security update, which will require overnight preparation and a morning outage of three to four hours.
Secure remote access to Touro systems can be accomplished either through VPN or with Citrix. Touro NY employees can connect to Banner Admin Pages and Tableau with Citrix by clicking https://tcworkspace.touro.edu
and logging in with your TouroOne ID.
