The voicemail is out of service for both TCLA and TUW. I have opened a ticket with the Vendor ticket # 96979. I am also seeing errors on the PRI at TUW and the ticket # for that is 11949. They are investigating now I have given permission for intrusive testing at 11pm PDT.

I have received the green light from Ellucian that the production upgrade has been completed and ready for complete use. We need all available staff to review / test your modules and report any problems to the TouroOne Helpdesk.
